Dan McKoy Drumming Cancellation Policy
This policy is in place to help protect my income and ensure that everybody is on the same page from the very first lesson.
All lessons are booked a term at a time. I understand that sometimes things come up which can make it difficult to attend your lesson. If you inform me you are unable to attend your lesson with 24 hours notice, I will be able to try and re-schedule your lesson to another day, organise a double lesson or provide a credit for the following term.
If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours it makes it difficult to organise alternatives and results in negative consequences for me. If this occurs and you are paying lesson by lesson, you will still need to pay for the missed lesson. If you have paid for the term no refund will be given.
If you are uncommitted for the term, with regular attendance issues I retain the right to offer your lesson time to another student. If this is the case, I will remind you of this prior to making any such changes.
Under special circumstances, money will be credited and your lessons can be re-scheduled (even if less than 24 hours notice is given) but it is important to speak to me if you think this should apply to you. No refunds will be made for lessons given.
